Carlay Car Rental currently provides service in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Vehicle options, with-driver service, and self-drive availability may vary depending on the city, travel dates, and booking requirements.
3. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate booking details, including name, phone number, pickup date, return date, city, and any other required information. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect booking confirmation or service delivery.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the vehicle, rental duration, city, and booking type. Any advance payment, partial payment, or full payment requirement will be communicated before final booking confirmation.
5. Driver and Vehicle Use
Customers must use the vehicle responsibly and follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations. Any misuse, negligent handling, or unlawful activity may result in cancellation of service without refund where applicable.
6. With-Driver and Self-Drive Services
With-driver and self-drive services are subject to availability and approval. Additional requirements may apply depending on the service type, location, and selected vehicle.
7. Pickup and Return Timing
Customers are expected to follow the agreed pickup and return schedule. Delays, extensions, or changes must be communicated in advance and may result in additional charges depending on the booking terms.
8. Cancellation and Changes
Booking changes and cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Approval depends on the booking status, vehicle allocation, and service timing. Any applicable charges will be shared at the time of the request.
9. Liability and Responsibility
Carlay Car Rental is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or losses caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, customer delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse of the vehicle where applicable.
10. Pricing and Service Updates
Prices, vehicle availability, service areas, and booking conditions may change without prior notice. The final confirmed booking details shared by our team will apply to the customer’s reservation.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Carlay Car Rental reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit a booking if the provided information is incorrect, the request is not suitable for available service conditions, or the booking creates a safety, legal, or operational concern.
